2018 Matthew Wallace Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley
This wine is 100% sauvignon blanc, fermented in stainless steel drums and aged on the lees. Lichi citrus and verveine for a slightly tropical and delicate nose. Very soft texture ideally balanced. Just enough acidity to keep aromatics light and carry through. white pear, white peach and hints of tropical fruits. this wine is elegant and has enough richness to fill the mid mouth.
